This is your opportunity to lead the charge in a dynamic sales role within a reputable construction/mining equipment company based out of their Sydney location. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and rental activities across all of New South Wales. This is an autonomous role, and you will work the region the best way you see fit to achieve the expected results. You'll work closely with both dealers and end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to maximise the benefits of the product line. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders Provide technical expertise and application support Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities Ideal Candidate: 2 years experience in a similar sales role within the heavy equipment industry Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently What's on Offer: A competitive base salary of $150,000 plus uncapped commission structure, expected OTE is $250k Fully maintained company vehicle and tools of trade.
