About the role: We have a newly created position for a Warehouse Quality Officer at our warehouse facility in Mascot. The role will ensure all compliance is adhered to and completed in our Quality Management Systems (QMS), which includes all ISO standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations. The role will see you conduct audits and ensure ISO certification is up to date and all HSE standards are followed from policies to performing risk assessments and promoting safety awareness. The role will also require you to collect data for continuous improvement and train staff on quality and safety protocols. You will even get a day off for your birthday Key Accountabilities: Ensure all warehouse operation compliance standards are adhered to . Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance quality and compliance. Collect and analyse quality, safety, and environmental data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on QMS performance, ISO compliance, and HSE metrics. Provide training to warehouse staff on warehouse quality procedures. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among Supply Chain Management & Warehouse teams. Collaborate and develop Emergency response plans for the warehouse with relevant stakeholders. What we are looking for: Degree in Warehouse & Logistics Management, Quality or equivalent ( will be highly regarded) Previous experience in a Quality Officer position working in a warehouse environment.
