Play a key role in transitioning CIRRIS to ServiceNow Full Time Permanent Opportunity Choose Location from vibrant cities:- Canberra/Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne Summary As a GRC System Administrator you will be responsible for administering ServiceNow, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functionality. The Role & The Team As a GRC Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning our Comprehensive Integrated Risk and Reporting Information System (CIRRIS) to ServiceNow. You will be responsible for administering ServiceNow, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functionality. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow administration, attention to data accuracy, and the ability to develop robust reporting dashboards. Responsibilities: - Lead the transition of CIRRIS to ServiceNow while minimizing operational disruptions. Implement and maintain GRC modules in ServiceNow to align with risk management goals. Oversee ServiceNow administration to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Create reporting dashboards in ServiceNow for real-time risk and compliance insights. Conduct testing of ServiceNow GRC functionalities to ensure optimal performance and address issues. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications. Proven experience in technology risk management, information security, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, information security principles, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, or a strong technical background in GRC solutions. Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy. Ability to conduct thorough system functionality testing and troubleshoot issues. Demonstrated ability to develop and customise GRC reporting dashboards.
