As the Sales Manager across Broadcast & Digital streaming television , you are a committed leader who will assist our NSW Regional Sales Manager to establish and execute commercial strategy to drive results for our portfolio of clients across metro, regional and digital screens. This is a senior and highly strategic role; you will be based in Port Macquarie and reporting to the NSW Regional Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include: Working with the NSW Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement insight led business plans to maximise revenue across metro, regional & digital platforms. Leading the strategy and drive best in-market performance and results with a focus on consistently growing our NPS position. Building and fostering strong client relationships and develop detailed engagement plans for your top clients. Ensuring revenue and share targets are met with a focus on driving premium opportunities across all SWM screens. Working with group leaders and teams in developing their knowledge and skills via Network L&D programs - with particular emphasis on driving premium opportunities and convergent thinking across clients. You are someone with: Previous Agency and/or marketing, media sales experience. Previous digital background preferred. Exceptional commercial nous with the capacity to manage a high workload and commitment to drive results. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team. Excellent interpersonal skills with impact and influence. An ability to write and understand contractual and regulatory documentation. Why would you want this role?
