What you will be responsible for: Monday - Thursday 2-45PM to 11PM, Friday 12PM- 5PM. Assisting with the loading and offloading of steel plates using a gantry crane in the preparation and finalizing stages of steel plate cutting for customer orders. Cleaning up finished products. Supporting the dispatch team as required. Requirements We are looking to up-skill the right candidate to become a machine operator/crane operator. The suitable candidate will possess the following: A valid forklift (LF) licence. Experience or interest in steel cutting. A strong attitude towards safety while manual handling. Attention to detail and a high-quality workmanship standard. Good knowledge of workshop machinery and tools. Effectiveness in production processes and quality control. Availability for overtime as required. Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.
