In this role you will provide support to the Practice Group Lead and their small team within Labour, Employment & Workplace Safety. The Practice Group Leader works on sensitive and high risk matters, meaning you will have to work on confidential files. The Partner conducts complex workplace investigations which include whistleblower complaints and allegations of senior management staff misconduct. They are a mediator first but have significant litigation experience.
