About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to work in collaboration with the administration team to provide ongoing communication and support to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Identifying the needs of customers, and assisting to provide solutions Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and directing the call to the appropriate staff and/or division Monitoring and managing claims at pre-approval stage Providing updates to internal and external stakeholders Claim follow ups with clients Managing incoming correspondence Documenting communication with clients in the internal system About You Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume call centre environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time effectively Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and manage internal and external relations within the company Ability to build a rapport with all stakeholders and to work as a part of the team to achieve common objectives Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on 0413 778 084 or email lhasr.com.au.
