About the role • Reports to the Clinic Manager at Bondi Junction • Make our patients feel cared for • Support our practitioners to deliver outstanding care • Ideal start date would be 23rd September 2024, but this is flexible. • Part-time position This role involves tasks and duties in the following areas: • Face to Face client interaction • Phone call management • Online communications management • Diary management • Client billings and transactions • Administrative needs of Practitioners • Reception & Waiting room management Essentials of the role: • Must be available to work 3 days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. • Clinic opening hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm.
