Support workers will need to meet the following requirements: Minimum 12 months experience in Disability or related fields Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, AIN, Nursing etc. Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices. Manual Handling & Medication Administration Certificate. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate. Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance.
