About Us Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment Opportunity An opportunity for a motivated and customer focused Parts Interpreter has become available in our Kalgoorlie Branch. Reporting to the Parts & Branch Coordinator you will be responsible for: Providing service to external and internal customers for parts Interpreting customer’s request Identifying and supplying parts to meet customers request Assisting in stores on daily basis Filing as a daily requirement Working safely and reporting hazards as required Sourcing parts as required Initiating invoices for parts Updating and maintain computer records Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies Rotating roster – on call While an understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment would be a distinct advantage, to be successful you will need: Previous experience in a Parts environment High safety knowledge and safety culture A developed mechanical understanding High level of computer literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Forklift license ( High Risk ) not essential but preferable Excellent time management A keen eye for detail You will be an excellent communicator, team player, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work and have a focus on providing quality customer service.
