About the Role: As a Poultry Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Poultry Manager. This full-time position is based at our Poultry Admin Office, where you will be instrumental in providing top-notch administrative assistance, planning and scheduling poultry movements, and reporting key metrics. What You'll Do: Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive support to the Poultry Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the Poultry Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Task Coordination : Coordinate tasks and projects on behalf of the Poultry Manager to ensure smooth operations. Proactive Problem-Solving : Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to facilitate seamless processes. Scheduling : Assist in planning and scheduling poultry bird movements. Documentation : Organise and maintain confidential documents, records, and reports. Report Preparation : Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation. Meeting Management : Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the poultry team to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
