The purpose of this role is to support the Branch Manager in maximising the profitability of the Branch through the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring that all job opportunities are converted, customers are serviced and payment received and processed accurately and expeditiously. This role deputies for the Branch Manager in their absence. Working Relationships Internal relationships – Technicians, Sales Centre, Support Functions including Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology and Supply and Distribution. External relationships – Local customers (Insurers, Loss Assessors, Facilities Managers), Local Suppliers. Qualifications Essential Minimum School Certificate or equivalent. Experience & Attributes Essential Operated at Team Leader level within service Industry role with focus on people, financial and resource management for minimum two years.
