Receptionist / Administration Brisbane CBD | $70,000 - $75,000 Super Working with a boutique accountancy firm in the heart of Brisbane CBD, this role will be supporting two partners to help with day to day administrative duties. The CBD team is also supported by their head office in Mount Gravatt, so while you will be the full time person on reception in the CBD location, there will be two other remote staff members from Mount Gravatt supporting reception duties. While on reception you will be the first point of contact for clients, so having great people skills and a polite telephone manner is a must. In this role you will supply administrative support, greet visitors, answer telephone calls, type office correspondence and much more. Qualified candidates will have a strong attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and complete tasks within a timely manor. Previous experience within a public practice accounting firm would be highly preferable.
