Award-winning, this position will offer a deserving assistant a senior role operating in a 1:2 support capacity with the highly regarded Managing Partners of the Disputes Resolution team, offering high collaboration with the main day-to-day operations of this practice. The ideal person will have an approachable nature with a solid appreciation for building and maintaining successful internal and external relationships. If you thrive when being challenged, have exceptional people skills and the drive to work in a varied role then this is the environment for you The main duties this senior role will include, consists of: Providing daily support to the Managing Partners Complex diary management and travel coordination Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Following up on urgent actionable items on behalf of and with the managing partner Drafting and formatting court documents/correspondence Training and development of Junior staff members Support with projects as requested Other general Secretarial and EA duties as required What we are ideally looking for is a confident, tenacious and experienced legal assistant having at least 3 - 4 years recent exposure in a boutique - top tier law firm.
