The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Gordon Brother's team based in Brunswick VIC. As a Project Administrator, you will be required to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, on time and to the satisfaction of the manager, internal and external stakeholders. About the role: - Provide efficient administrative and transactional support for the Mining Project Team - Arrange meetings and manage diaries - Prepare and format documentations including reports, information packs, letters and emails - Support project deliverables as requested by the Mining team - Raise and process project related purchase orders and supplier invoices - Provide support across multiple projects by drafting agendas and minutes, coordinating follow-up actions and drafting of correspondences as required - Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Mining Operations Manager About you: - Excellent administrative and organisational skills - Ability to support projects, prioritise workloads, problem solving and meeting deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in preparation of documentations, drafting correspondences, minutes, reports and other resource material - Proficiency using the full range of MS Office including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Experience working in the construction industry with scheduling experience desirable - How to Apply Click on the APPLY button to submit your application in confidence.
