Administration Officer - Part-time, family friendly company, 20-40 hours a week, you decide My client, a family-owned and locally operated company delivering exceptional plumbing and demolition services to a diverse range of clients throughout Queensland, is seeking a Part-time Administration Officer to join their down-to-earth, family-friendly team Location: Toowoomba Hours: Flexible, ranging from 20 to 38 hours per week to suit the right candidate Pay: $27.74-$30.24 depending on experience Key Responsibilities: General administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence. Data entry and record keeping (timecards, creditors, staff records, vehicle and machine records). Organising vehicle inspections, PPE, and stationery orders. Setting up new employees and updating records (QLeave, Whirligig, portals). Coordinating job setups, account applications, and form filing. Managing safety paperwork and permit lodgings. Arranging staff mobilisation (accommodation bookings, etc.). Requirements: Reliability and strong work ethic. Positive and friendly personality. Great attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
