Service Administrator Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. We require a pro-active and resourceful Service Administrator to support the Service Coordinator to serve existing accounts by providing quality administrative support to Sales, Despatch, and account support to the business. As the Service Administrator, you will be a highly motivated individual who thrives on being part of a team. You will be deeply passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging environment. Ideally you will have a manufacturing background with a working knowledge of and experience with machinery products and services, but this is not essential. Main duties include. Planning of daily service schedules, troubleshooting and resolving issues Accurately complete all documentation as it relates to service jobs and reports. Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers. Respond to technical enquiries. Picks, packs, weighs and prepares orders. Ensure inventory and stock accuracy. Processing of quotes, orders and invoices Manage customer and service records ensuring system is up to date. Completion of various administrative tasks To be successful for this role. Previous experience in similar role Excellent communication, customer service and complaint handling skills Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results. Ability to interpret drawings, job specifications/instructions. Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications – outlook/excel/word.
