Spring Professional now has an exciting opportunity available as Operations Manager working across a small retail shopping centre portfolio. This group successfully manage and run a portfolio of shopping center's, large format retail, luxury hospitality, resorts and restaurants. Working with an experienced team of professionals you will provide strategic leadership and direction relating to the operations of an assigned retail portfolio of two centres in Melbourne's South/East. This role also involves executing capital projects, ensuring compliance and providing a safe and secure environment for all. Main responsibilities: Manage all maintenance requirements for the shopping centre. Achieve compliance for all essential safety measures requirements. Present the assets to the highest possible standard every day for retailers, consumers, and staff. Manage planning, delivery and stabilisation activities. Oversee the administration of all operational contracts. Establish quality standards aimed at exceeding customer and retailer expectations.
