You’ll be at the centre of customer interactions, responsible for ensuring every inquiry is handled with care and efficiency. Each day will bring something new, including: Managing incoming calls and customer inquiries. Maintaining accurate data records. Taking decisive action on inquiries, using your in-depth product knowledge to guide customers to the right solutions. Helping onboard customer with their new product. Assisting customers with setting up and managing their accounts, including troubleshooting issues related to login, billing, and service activation. Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
