This role in a large branch supports the Branch and or Customer Service Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service to meet each customer’s requirements. In smaller branches the role provides the first point of contact for the branch. In both cases the role supports the branch management team administratively and operationally and relieves for the Customer Service Manager / Branch Manager in their absence. Working Relationships Internal relationships – Technicians, Customer Solutions, Support Functions including Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology and Supply and Distribution. External relationships – Local customers (Insurers, Loss Assessors, Facilities Managers), Local Suppliers. Qualifications Essential Minimum School Certificate or equivalent. Experience & Attributes Essential Operated in service industry role with focus on people, financial and resource coordination for minimum two years.
