The Position We are in search of an experienced Sales Consultant/Administrator to join our sales team at the Burpengary office in Moreton Bay. The primary responsibility of this role is the sale of our luxury homes, including the management of sales contracts and variations from the initial stages through to post-construction. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure. Skills and Experience Required: Advantageous to have prior experience in new home sales, residential sales, or administrative roles within a development or construction firm. Outstanding customer service and client relationship management skills. Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A high level of attention to detail. A friendly and professional demeanor, capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
