About the Role As a Warehouse Team Member at our QLD branch, you’ll be integral to maintaining our high standards of service, safety, and efficiency in the warehouse. This role involves keeping our workspace organized, picking and packing orders accurately, and ensuring customers receive their products on time. You’ll also assist with trade sales, manage deliveries, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and tidy, ensuring a safe working environment. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders using manual pick sheets. Customer Interaction: Assist with trade sales by greeting customers, generating paperwork on our ERP system, and ensuring customers adhere to safety guidelines. Delivery Coordination: Provide delivery ETAs to customers and operate the company truck for order deliveries. Courier Management: Book couriers as needed for timely deliveries. Safety Enforcement: Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any breach of health and safety standards. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Forklift License: Current forklift license is essential. Teamwork & Attitude: Ability to work effectively in a small team with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle manual tasks. Order Picking Experience: Experience with manual order picking and stocktaking is preferred. Experience: Ideally, you have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
