Laboratory Automation Solutions, our clinical diagnostic division, specializes in the manufacture of small, innovative benchtop automation for optimizing pre- and post-analytical workflows in pathology laboratories, and has installations worldwide. We are searching for a Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join our team as we accelerate our growth journey. Warehouse Co-Ordinator What you’ll do: Manage all warehouse, remote & 3rd party inventory, Receive and handle all good inward shipments: accurately check, count and receipt in a timely manner Manage replenishment of the production lines, Take responsibility for all cycle counting and annual stock take processes at all locations, Liaise with the Manufacturing Manager, Production Planner and Purchasing Officer to ensure adequate parts are available for each product on incoming sales orders, Support the logistics team with all incoming and outgoing shipments, Generate monthly stock reports for Finance, Follow detailed instructions as outlined in controlled documentation and inventory management policies and procedures, Maintain records for the quality department, Understand and follow the company policy regarding engineering change notice processes, and initiate action when discrepancies are identified, Identify and implement operational efficiency and sustainability measures, Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment. What you’ll bring: 5 years experience in warehouse and inventory control in a manufacturing organization, Relatable experience with inventory control and ERP systems (previous experience with MS Nav or Oracle will be highly regarded), Previous logistics experience particularly in exports would be favourable, LF forklift license, High level interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to work constructively to lead and motivate a team, High level of commitment and integrity, Ability to manage multiple priorities from different stakeholders, Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff and management. Problem solving skills, Attention to detail, with ability to work accurately, unsupervised and consistently deliver results, Computer literate, particularly with MS Office, A strong team player.
