The project is a leading company in the industrial manufacturing sector, specializing in chilling automation machines. Based in Brisbane, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients. What is in it for you? You will be responsible for drafting and designing and developing mechanical systems for their chilling automation machines. You will work closely with their engineering team to create innovative solutions that meet their clients' needs and adhere to industry standards. Design and develop mechanical components and systems for chilling automation machines. Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Also, Inventor, Vault Basic software. Perform calculations and simulations to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing personnel, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault Basic software. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in the industrial manufacturing or automation industry is highly desirable.
