The purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the Customer Service and Operational Management of the Branch and ensure maximum customer service standards are provided. Working Relationships Internal relationships – Technicians, Customer Solutions, Support Functions including Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology and Supply and Distribution. External relationships – Local customers (Insurers, Loss Assessors, Facilities Managers), Local Suppliers. Qualifications Desirable Minimum School Certificate or equivalent Experience & Attributes Essential Operated in service industry role with a focus on delighting customers for minimum two years.
