About the role This position is a casual part-time role working from the office. This role will suit a professional and friendly person with experience in a similar position. There is no work from home option. Your new role will include: Answering incoming calls and assisting with any questions or enquiries, forwarding calls through to the relevant person and taking messages as needed Managing a high volume of incoming emails ensuring all emails are actioned in a professional and timely manner Booking service and quote callouts Liaising with technicians, clients and staff Invoicing and quoting (using Xero software) Detailed reporting Data entry Scanning and filing of reports and paperwork Any other adhoc administration duties when required About You Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Administration Officer who has the ability to hit the ground running Our client is looking for the following key skills: Experience working in a similar administration role and industry e.g. security, locksmith, electrical, etc A minimum of 3 years working experience in a highly organised Administration role Experience with the Guardhouse and Xero system is a bonus, but not essential Proficient and strong Microsoft Office suite and Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) Must be able to work on a Friday The ability to make decisions and take initiative The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Strong time management and organisational skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment Your own car and license due to the location What's on Offer Training and support provided $32.73ph - $34.00ph Super (depending on experience) Part-time role with some flexibility around work schedule (must be able to work a Friday) Immediate start Work close to home – Penrith CBD location On-Site parking available A friendly, stable and supportive employer Apply now by sending your resume in WORD format only please or Phone Samantha Peisley on 02 4736 3666 for a confidential discussion.
