Exciting opportunity for friendly administrator to join a busy customer service role in a permanent capacity The Role Our client has an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant to join their thriving Australia-wide team in an ongoing role. Your excellent phone manner and customer service skill paired with your accurate and detail-oriented administration experience will see you thrive in this busy and rewarding role. From assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to maintaining accurate data management and customer account systems, you will play critical role supporting the Ballarat office in this long-term role. You will join a friendly, hard-working and easy-going team, be supported with excellent training and support and be rewarded over the long term with ongoing role opportunities and fantastic staff benefits program. Please note: This role will require travel to Melbourne no more than two days a week, for their initial training period and, around once a month thereafter (travel will be reimbursed). As this is not a hybrid or work from home role, the successful applicant will be required to work from the office, including during school holiday periods (unless on leave themselves of course).
