We are looking for an Administration Assistant to play a pivotal role in the compliance administration of our business. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about company processes and procedures, and working within a team office environment. WHO WE NEED The Administration Assistant Role requires excellent organisational skills, effective time management and the ability to work to multiple deadlines. We need a candidate who is tech savvy, with proficient IT skills and is adept with Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Creativity in document creation is advantageous. If you love to solve problems and use your shrewdness, this is the job for you. Our team loves to raise the bar and achieve excellence, so we are naturally looking for someone with a “can do attitude “and a willingness to get the job done without cutting corners. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support with general administration tasks such as maintaining system platforms and registers Develop and edit a variety of Microsoft related documents to assist with the day to day operation of the Compliance department. Undertake a variety of office related tasks or activities to support other departments such electronic filing, system updating and generating reports, audit preparation etc Processing new and ongoing work by ensuring paperwork is correct and up to date Build relationships with multiple stakeholders Provide exceptional customer service to your external and internal customers Assist with office receptionist and office management duties WHAT YOU’LL NEED Excellent IT systems skills Uncompromising attention to detail A love of process and getting it done right Good time management skills Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS office suite of products Be a quick learner of new systems Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Able to work independently and in a team environment Strong administrative skills Design and creativity in system space an advantage.
