With over 120 years of history in the legal industry, this firm occupies a strong position in the large boutique firm space. This firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join them in a new and diverse opportunity that will see your day-to-day responsibilities including: Assisting Lawyers and Legal Secretaries with ad-hoc administrative tasks; Assistance with setting up board room conferences and computer equipment; Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival at the office, ensuring their needs are met; Managing the reception area, ensuring it is well-maintained at all times; and Coordination and set-up of meeting/board rooms and assisting with coordination of catering requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold no less than 12 months of administrative support and/or reception experience within a law firm or professional services environment. You will be an enthusiastic person with a flexible attitude and solid administrative skills who has the ability to multi-task and communicate with corporate executives, senior lawyers and law firm clients. It is imperative that you bring a positive outlook, professional presentation, and strong English written and verbal communication skills at a high level. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be expected to work on-site in the firm's CBD office 5 days a week.
