Job Description Our client is a privately owned group of companies consisting of a dedicated team committed to delivering high quality commercial construction and industrial electrical, telecommunications and security projects. This professionally operated organisation has operated within the industry for over 20 years, growing to be a major player in the industry, with four offices and a track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar landmark projects. We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the business. Primary Objective In the position of Administration Assistant, you will bring excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem solve and multitask in an ever-changing environment. Day to day responsibilities assisting the electrical team will include: Email management Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls Data entry, invoicing, filling Customer service work (taking orders, dealing with customers, assist staff with data updates including stock, deliveries) Assisting managers Develop social media opportunities. Manage photos and stories. Basic administration duties Shadowing the Team and helping with any duties Our client provides their team with an enjoyable, professional working environment where employees are encouraged to learn new skills and further their career. Working hours will be full time, Monday to Friday. This is a 12-month contract role, and the salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate. After 12 months of on-the-job training, in business administration skills, you will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration.
