YOUR NEW ROLE The Customer Service Coordinator supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to our client in our Adelaide office As the Customer Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include: Monitoring the Mailbox, setting up new case referrals Update and process invoices, follow up and chase outstanding invoices Quality check cases to ensure all required information is in the case Management of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars Sending reports and letters on behalf of Consultants You will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders, setting up desks for new starters and ad hoc admin duties as required WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player Cert 3 in Business admin and/or at least 2 years administration experience High attention to detail and time management skills Prior experience working in the Allied Health industry would be an advantage Medical administration experience desirable Proficient in all Microsoft office applications is essential Strong written and verbal communication skills HOW TO APPLY If Altius sounds like a place to be you click ‘Apply Now’.
