Initial 3 month contract wit possible extension Based in Brisbane Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Service Procurement Designer to play a pivotal role in enhancing procurement services by leading the co-design of end-to-end service journeys. This role aims to identify gaps, improve customer touch points, and drive transformational change across procurement and supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective procurement models and processes, leveraging evidence-based insights to deliver superior service experiences. As the Service Designer , your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with employees to transfer knowledge and build internal capability. Facilitate and co-design procurement clinical-engagement governance models and processes. Advocate and implement best practice design methods to enhance procurement governance and customer experiences. Utilise existing research to guide further customer research and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication and engagement. Set priorities for design activities, maintain team cohesion, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Partner with the Project Lead to align design activities with project objectives and standards. The essential requirements for this role are: Proven experience in human-centred design and design methodologies. Strong skills in facilitation, gap analysis, and data analysis. Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with experience in engaging executive and clinical stakeholders. Understanding of Queensland Health procurement processes or ability to quickly acquire knowledge is desirable. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in design or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work across various sites in South East Queensland.
