About the Role Due to an internal move, we are currently seeking a motivated and results driven individual to join the team in the position of Warehouse & Dispatch Controller in our Brisbane Service department. This role is responsible for the receipt and dispatch to ensure inventory deliveries, returns of asset to storage and control of equipment movement, to meet Company processes and requirements, as well as customer requirements. Requirements Duties & Responsibilities Cross match all inbound and outbound transport documentation with equipment actuals to ensure inventory accuracy advising the OLD Branch Operations Manager of any discrepancies promptly. Assist with the timely preparation of loading and unloading of interstate and local transport requirements where required, ensuring at all times Safety guidelines, policies and processes adhered to. Locate and allocate suitable, and working, batteries and chargers for sales teams in a timely manner. Ensure customer damage is identified, captured and communicated promptly. Complete monthly stocktake counts. Skills & Experience Prior experience in a similar role. Time management skills. Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
