Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organisation. The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Other tasks as required Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Scheduling appointments Follow-up and management of reminders Responding to emails Clerical duties (processing payments, reconciling cash drawer, banking, mail) Liaising with our nurses and vets to provide accurate advice for clients The ideal candidate will have: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role A warm, friendly and caring attitude towards clients and their pets Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organisational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis
