We’re searching for an experienced administration professional with a background in either SMSF, public practice accounting, or wealth management to join a family owned and much-loved financial services firm in Newcastle. Being a business that prides themselves on strong, personal connections with clients they are excited to welcome a like-minded support professional to the team. As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting their SMSF and accounting services. Day to day you will: Assist with SMSF administration and accounting tasks Manage client communications and documentation Support the team with various administrative duties Effectively liaise with clients to ensure accurate information is shared Jump on reception to cover breaks and help out as needed Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions What We’re Looking For: Experience with SMSF and/or public practice accounting or wealth management administration support Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and a client-focused approach Confidence with Microsoft office and other software Why Apply?
