Join our supportive team today Position Details: Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Adelaide, SA Roster: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends per week. Day shift or evening shift depending on service demand. Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home once established in the position) Role Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, delivering prompt, accurate, and timely customer service. Manage and prioritize all requests to the Helpdesk to ensure contractual requirements are met. Liaise with service providers and Facilities Managers to clarify technical issues. Update our management system to ensure the timely rectification of building faults. Adhere to KPIs and report on service levels. Escalate relevant issues to the appropriate personnel/management. Skills and Experience: Strong demonstrated experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organization. Ability to interpret queries and assist appropriately. Demonstrated attention to detail, including good keyboard skills, speed, and accuracy. Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach.
