Opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join an on-site team at a busy shopping centre SOR. Our client is a leader in the Commercial Property industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Property Manager to step up into a Centre Administrator / Administration Management role. You will be a key on-site team member, responsible for the day to day financial management and administration duties for a southern suburbs shopping centre. Additional duties include but not limited to: Assisting the Centre manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits. Providing financial information to stakeholders. Raising invoices, purchase orders, sundry, interest charges and reconciliation of tenant accounts and rental arrears. Managing daily retailer and tenant issues and assisting the centre manager with lease administration. Understanding and implementation of the Law and Retail Tenancy Act. General administration duties. Ideal Candidate 3 years experience in a busy administration role Ability to deal with complaints and resolve conflict situations Property experience will be highly desirable Highly proficient in word, excel and outlook Strong attention to detail and highly focussed on accuracy Ideally some experience with finance and accounts Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise Strong time management and organisational skill If you have the required experience, please apply directly to the advert.
