The Opportunity: As the Portfolio Retail Manager, you'll oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of shopping centres across Victoria. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Property Management : Oversee properties under your control. Processes and Procedures : Collaborate with SCM, Asset Manager, GMM, and other teams to ensure processes are followed. Centre Marketing : Support GMM in implementing the marketing strategy within budget. Arrears : Develop strategies with SCM to meet arrears targets. Leasing : Drive leasing strategy and ensure timely delivery of tenancies and lease documentation. Income : Ensure all financials align with budget expectations and forecast monthly to meet income goals. CML and Capex : Manage CML client sourcing and oversee capex budgeting with SCM and OM. Reporting and Operations : Maintain property standards, provide timely reports, and manage internal and external communications. This role is ideal for experienced professionals working in Shopping Centre Property Administration, Retail Management, Assistant Centre Management or Marketing.
