Great opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Officer for an 8-week temp role with potential to extend, based in Lismore. Position: Administration Officer Start: ASAP Type: Casual – 8-week initial role with potential for extension Hours: Up to 28 hours per week Salary: $35.86 per hour (casual loading inclusive) Location: Goonellabah (Lismore) NSW Overview Provide administrative support in this temp role in the Lismore area. Use your administrative experience and exceptional attention to detail to support the business. Key accountabilities/responsibilities General administrative duties including (but are not limited to) minute writing and taking, timesheet collection/coordination, preparing reports, spread sheets, travel bookings and creating files. Provide administrative support for finance processes and transactions. Assist field staff with data entry, troubleshooting and general admin support. Participate willingly in shared administration duties, including but not limited to, property and asset management, fleet management, training, function and event management. Essential Criteria Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an office environment. Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard. Proven computer skills including word processing, accessing emails. and internet and data entry.
