The Role We are seeking individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join this thriving company As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for taking live chats, emails and call-backs from customers requiring any assistance. Assist in onboarding new customers onto their app, and providing guidance on platform usage. Handle payment-related issues. Educating customers, problem solving and building rapport. Offer call-backs for customers who require further assistance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and reduce customer queries.
