About the role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team in Yallambee Village - Revesby. You will be accountable for supporting the effective operational running across our Residential facility by providing a range of administrative functions including first point of contact for visitors and residents, administrative support, customer service, and various clerical duties. You are also responsible for role modelling company values and the behaviours that create a high performing, highly engaged team. This includes creating a positive and professional work environment for clients, families, employees, doctors and allied health professionals. Skills you'll need to succeed Intermediate computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point Strong phone etiquette & face to face customer service Competent in all aspects of administrative support, rostering and time management Self-motivated person with high levels of initiative and ability to work autonomously Ability to establish rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy An awareness of, and sensitivity to, the needs of older people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn new software applications Outstanding attention to detail If you would like any further information on this role please contact Kelly or Apply within.
