The role is on a part time basis of 45 hours per fortnight. This is an interesting and varied role, providing administrative and coordination support our Operational Management Team to monitor policy compliance and provide initial guidance and advice, in the application our organisational legal obligations. This includes client complaint management, legal requests, and subpoena management. The position would likely suit a recent or upcoming graduate in the legal field. Other tasks: Process client complaints Coordinate and monitor the assessment and investigation processes Provide initial advice (as directed by the HoLPP) on various policy and procedure matters Advise and assist the leadership team to meet legal request and subpoena obligations, in accordance with legislative requirements Contracts review The salary being offered is $81,368.45 to $95,092.19 per annum, pro rata, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation. About You To be considered in this position, you will possess: Relevant undergraduate qualifications or be working towards , Business, Law, Social or Behavioural Sciences Understanding of, and the ability to apply; Key legal principles and relevant legislation regarding investigations, Complaint management, Statutory confidentiality provisions, Responding to subpoena, Third party requests and search warrants.
