This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week) Operating on a rotating roster from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). A proactive and can-do attitudeRespond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service. Key requirements: Ensure the timely processing of customer applications and data using relevant information systems to support timely decision making. Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management. Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team. Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
