About The Opportunity This role will see you joining the Operations Support Team as an Admin & Compliance Officer , supporting field operations across diverse projects. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have responsibilities including: Managing OH&S systems Client system onboarding Portal maintenance QA compliance and reporting Training and accreditations Subcontractor management Business accreditations/memberships IT/systems/communications support Admin support for operations About You The successful candidate will have: 3 years of experience in a similar role in the building industry A current driver's license High organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and team player mentality Commitment, proactivity, and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and a vibrant personality It would also be desirable if you have: Familiarity with Construction Industry systems (e.g., Damstra, Felix, Hammertech) Experience with quality management systems and compliance Prior experience in OH&S management within construction What's in it for You?
