On behalf of our valued client, we at Workforce Extensions are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team for approximately two days per week. Based in Ballarat, it is anticipated that this position will require the successful applicant to work two days per week (approximately six hour days) for a minimum 3-4 month period with the potential for ongoing work for the right person. Please note this position will be flexible for those seeking school friendly working hours. The primary focus for this position will be to assist in generating weekly client invoices using MYOB along with supporting payable and receivable processing. To be considered we are seeking applicants with the following skills, experience and attributes; Strong invoicing experience using MYOB Excellent organisational skills Be detail focussed with strong attention to detail Work well in autonomous and small team environments Previous experience working in blue collar (construction) industries (preferred - not essential) This position will be available for an immediate commencement for the right person.
