Job Description As a member of the Safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) team, it is your responsibility to promote a culture that proactively identifies hazards and opportunities for improvement and takes action to reduce risk and protects both people and the environment. Your duties will include assisting the senior SHEQ team with; Ensuring SLIMS implementation Conducting internal (SLIMS) audits based on ISM, ISPS, ISO 9001/14001 and OHSAS 45001 Registering and assisting in the execution of corrective or preventative actions Conducting SLIMS Familiarization and Shore training Developing and improving work instructions, procedures, process flows and standard operating procedures. Monitoring SLIMS Crew Training program/ E Learning. Providing monthly input for SHEQ statistics Communicating/coordinating SHEQ matters through safety and toolbox meetings and safety alerts Support the crewing team with coordinating training and refresher courses Assist the contract manager with scheduling flights and accommodation Warehouse administration
