Oversee the operational requirements of the venue, including gaming, bistro, sports bar, bottleshop, and functions. Manage staff, rosters, functions, and ensure KPIs are met. Handle stock and ordering for the venue. Ensure compliance with all occupational health, food safety, liquor, and gaming legislative requirements. Recruit, train, and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with senior executives, the general public, and your team. What do you need? Proven experience in a senior management position within the hospitality industry. Extensive knowledge of gaming departments. Experience in high-volume food and beverage operations. Passion for customer service and the ability to manage and lead a team. Excellent communication, people, and training skills. RSA/RSG/Food safety certification. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Resilience and confidence to interact with directors and owners.
