Great temporary opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a family owned and run wholesale and distribution company Your Organisation Working as part of the Customer Service Team, this is a temporary full-time opportunity to join a family owned and operated wholesale and distribution company that supply multiple leading retailers and hardware stores across Australia. Based in Mount Waverley, they value employee engagement and support and prioritize looking after their valued staff. This role is to cover annual leave and provide support during their busiest period. Your Role Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, your role will involve: - Assisting with customer phone, email and web enquiries - Build and maintaining customer relationships - Investigate and resolve customer complaints - Update customers on order delivery status - Liaise with warehouse, logistics and internal teams to meet customers' needs - Processing customer sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - General ad hoc administrative tasks Your Profile You will have a natural sense of urgency and love all things Customer Service You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and go above and beyond to support customers with whatever they need. You will be enthusiastic and professional with a strong work ethic and have an articulate telephone manner to be able to liaise with customers to understand their needs and produce successful outcomes. You will have great attention to detail and accurate data entry. You will have proficient computer skills and pick up new systems easily. Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be highly regarded.
