Role Description We have a unique, rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our Customer Service Department. Located at our purpose-built head office in Gillman, this is a key leadership role responsible for driving change, building team capability and ensuring the function provides a professional, fit for purpose and wholistic solution for our valued customers and clients. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality customer service solutions and driving a high-performance team. Our next Customer Service Manager is motivated to grow and develop their career and possesses the technical knowledge and personal leadership skills required to help mentor and develop the customer service team to effectively meet and exceed their objectives. About You Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service Leadership role, with strong people management skills. A proven track record in Customer Service, with the ability to set goals and lead and develop others to meet performance expectations. Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative and continuous improvement focus. Responsiveness and the ability to 'think outside the square' in resolving operational matters. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Adaptability, with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, challenging and high-volume environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict and negotiation skills. Strong skills in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI. Experience with managing change and implementation of CRM systems Experience in the Transport Industry desirable, but not essential.
