Working closely with the Product team, you'll spearhead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring every product receives an innovative and visually striking packaging solution. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our client's brand presence both in-store and online through creative design strategies. Responsibilities: Lead packaging design projects, guiding the team through brainstorming sessions, mock-ups, and technical artwork production. Explore new materials, finishes, and techniques to incorporate into the packaging design process, enriching the brand experience for our client's customers. Ensure the timely delivery of creative assets according to Critical Path deadlines, maintaining alignment with project milestones. Act as a point of contact for supplier correspondence regarding specific artwork issues, resolving challenges promptly. Qualifications: 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience, specifically in Packaging in Retail or FMCG. Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end creative process from idea generation to final outcomes. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience in preparing production-ready packaging designs. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
